YOUR CBD BASE
This two-bedroom apartment sits on Level 16 of a residential building on Collins St, right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. It's an easy base whether you're in town for the AFL, a concert, a conference or a city break. Step out onto the private balcony, cook up a meal in the kitchen, or relax on the sofa after a day exploring the city.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM
Both bedrooms have a queen bed, making the apartment a great fit for couples travelling together, families or small groups of friends. There's one full bathroom. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
The kitchen has a dishwasher (tablets provided) and a Nespresso machine with capsules, so you can start the day with a proper coffee. Free-to-air TV and Netflix are set up and ready to watch, and you're welcome to sign in to your own accounts for other streaming apps. Heating and cooling are controlled from the thermostat, and fast Wi-Fi and a clothes airer are also provided. The garbage chute is on your floor, just around the corner from the lift.

BUILDING FACILITIES
Enjoy the building's pool, spa and gym on Level 7, open from 6am to 10pm. They're perfect for a morning workout or a relaxing swim after a big day out.

PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Free parking for one vehicle is included in the building's secure car park (2 metres in height clearance). Check-in is self-service: collect your key and building fob from EzyMart on Collins St, which is open 24 hours and about 100 metres away (around a one-minute walk), using the code we send before arrival. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. We'll send detailed arrival instructions, including directions to the car park, the day before you arrive.

GETTING AROUND
The 96 tram stops right outside, and you're inside the Free Tram Zone, so getting around the city costs nothing. Southern Cross Station is across the road for regional trains and the SkyBus to and from the airport. Marvel Stadium is an 11-minute walk, and Crown and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre are 9 minutes away on foot.

You'll have the whole apartment to yourselves, including the private balcony and kitchen, plus one car space in the building's car park. You can also use the shared pool, spa and gym on Level 7, open from 6am to 10pm.

The apartment door locks automatically, so please take both the key and fob whenever you step out. If you do get locked out, message us and we'll arrange access. A $50 lockout fee applies.

This is a residential building, so quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. No parties or events. Guests are responsible for any damage, extra cleaning or fines from the building caused during their stay, and stays may be ended early if this rule is broken.

No smoking or vaping anywhere, including the balcony. No alcohol in the building's common areas.

The car park has a 2 metre (6 ft 6 in) height clearance and fits one vehicle only, so it won't suit larger vans or cars with roof boxes.

Please use the clothes airer inside, not on the balcony.

A sensor in the living area monitors noise levels, motion, estimated occupancy, cigarette smoke, temperature and humidity. It has no camera and doesn't record audio. Moving, covering, unplugging or tampering with the sensor is a breach of the house rules and may result in your stay being cancelled.
